Executive Real Estate Program

Introduction
The Executive Real Estate Program is a professional degree designed for advanced study in the dynamic and complex real estate field. The program is a comprehensive study of the many different disciplines and components that make up the real estate profession. The curriculum is a blend of technical and managerial theory, with the addition of presentations from visiting professionals.
Program Objective
Our objective is to prepare individuals for executive positions in the real estate industry, providing skills necessary to compete for real estate careers at the management levels or to become real estate entrepreneurs.
Program Output
The Executive Real Estate Program produces graduates who have:
- Analytical skills for decision making when operating or carrying out real estate projects
- The ability to think strategically and analytically
- An overall understanding of the practices and the various fields related to real estate, such as development, property management, appraisal, financing, investment and construction.
Who Should Attend?
- Individuals who are interested in entering into the real estate industry or any of the fields related to real estate business
- Practitioners already in the business interested in building or advancing their credentials.
Qualifications
Prospective students include:
- Individuals with an undergraduate degree from an accredited university in any field of study and management experience of not less than 3 years.
- Individuals without a bachelor degree, but with at least 7 years of management experience.
