ABAC-BTCC is providing research services for the firms , which are seeking information from various sources to support their management planning and control in research planning, executing and analysis. Center is providing two types of research services: Marketing Research and Organizational research.

Marketing Research:

The process of systematically gathering, analyzing and interpreting data pertaining to the company's market, customers and competitors, to satisfy individual and organizational needs.

Steps of Marketing Research

  • Knowing the problem and scope of information that needs to be discovered.
  • Listing needed information in doing research.
  • Setting the conceptual framework.
  • Determining research design and gathering the secondary data.
  • Designing data collection method and form. Setting the method and form of how to get the primary data. Designing the sample and interpreting the data (sampling frame, sample selection process and size of sample).
  • Analyzing and interpreting the gathered data.
  • Summarizing the final report and submitting it to the client.
